Legislation Affecting People with Disabilities
The U.S. Department of Education has published a useful synopsis of legislation enacted over the years to protect and benefit people with disabilities. Entitled "Summary of Existing Legislation Affecting People with Disabilities," the booklet is available from the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
