National Library Service for Persons Who are Blind and Physically Disabled
The Library of Congress makes free Braille and recorded materials available to people who are blind or have other physical disabilities. The program includes
- Full length books
- Magazines
- Musical scores
Works are distributed through a cooperative network of regional and local libraries and circulated free of charge to eligible borrowers. Eligibility is extended to anyone who is unable to read or use standard printed materials as a result of temporary or permanent visual or physical limitations. |
