Economic Loss Analysis

LMA's expanded services include performing economic loss analyses of the future costs of care and/or wage loss associated with individual or mass tort claims. For valuation purposes or for negotiation purposes, we will analyze

• the present value of the projected future costs/wage loss,
• the development of "claim profiles" and compensation grids for mass tort cases, and
• the cost of providing a structured settlement annuity to pay the costs/wage loss.
