Getting Started

Putting LMA's expertise to work for you is simple.

Fill out the case referral document in our Registered Members' Document Library or call the office nearest you and provide the following information about the claimant:
- Name and date of birth
- State of residence
- Bodily injury or Workers Compensation case?
- Type and severity of injury
- Date of loss
- Dependents
LMA will initiate a discussion of settlement strategies, based on the claimant's future needs.
LMA will prepare structured settlement annuity proposals, or "quotes."
