JTPA: Job Corps

Job Corps is a national program of residential and non-residential centers where enrollees participate in education, vocational training, and counseling. Participants are usually 16-22 years old, but the upper age limit can be waived for individuals with disabilities. Trainees receive a monthly allowance and readjustment payments when they leave the program.
